If you're putting on 1+ bil isk reppers you probably should splurge for an officer cap booster. At the very least a Tairei's/Brokara's, they are only around 100-125 mil.

Officer guns do slightly more damage than T2. Everybody except you knows that.

This is true, but if you're in a gang you don't really need a point and you can easily drop it for an eccm, and then you'll have a higher sensor strength than any other BS except the CNR. And you'll have a 90% web to boot.
